By using the services offered, the main users of The Site - foreign travellers and website visitors from Japan (hereafter referred to as "The Users") - shall be deemed to have accepted the provisions of The Terms. The contents of The Terms may be changed as required, therefore please refer to the latest Terms of Use whenever using The Site.

1: Conditions of Application of The Terms

The Site is managed and administered by The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and The Terms are applied to all Users. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government may change The Terms without The Users' approval. The Terms after the change will take effect when it appears on The Site unless otherwise specified by The Tokyo Metropolitan Government. When The Users use The Site after the change of The Terms takes effect, it will be deemed that The Users have agreed to the entire content of The Terms after the change.
If there are various notices displayed on The Site and guidance on use presented in providing the services by The Tokyo Metropolitan Government (hereafter referred to as "various notices, etc."), various notices, etc. are deemed as part of The Terms. By using The Site, it will be deemed that The User has agreed to The Terms.

2: Provisions of Service

• Use of the services provided by The Site

  Use of the services provided is subject to The User's agreeing to The Terms.

• Purpose of use of The Site services

  The Users shall use The Site services to view basic store information on restaurant businesses in Tokyo and multilingual menus as well as to contribute to development of the environment to accept foreign travellers and improvement of convenience.

• Guarantee of service and changes to the contents of service

  There is no guarantee that the services provided are free from flaws or bugs.
  Further, the service contents and specifications may be changed, or the provision thereof cancelled, without prior notice to The Users.

• Map information service

  There is also no guarantee regarding map information such as the location of the restaurants listed.

3: Regarding translated content

Though this service is translated from Japanese to other languages by professional translators, there are cases where it is not possible to translate everything correctly, so there is a possibility that the original Japanese content has not been properly reflected.
In addition, The Tokyo Metropolitan Government accepts no responsibility should you incur any damages - whether direct or indirect - through the use of this service.

4: Compensation for damages

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government accepts no responsibility in relation to claims, etc. incurred from actions of The Site's Users.

5: Changes to the Terms of Use

In the event that The Tokyo Metropolitan Governments deems it necessary, it can change The Terms anytime without notifying The Users in advance.
However, if the change affects The Users significantly, The Tokyo Metropolitan Governments shall provide a rational advance notification period in advance.
