Part 1. Accessibility Policy
The goal for this site is to conform to Level AA of Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) X 8341-3:2016, "Guidelines for older persons and persons with disabilities -- Information and communications equipment, software and services -- Part 3: Web content" (hereinafter "JIS X 8341-3:2016").
1. Scope

2. Exceptions
The following are excluded from the goal's scope because they are difficult to modify.
- (1) Content that cannot be modified because the data needed for modification is unavailable
- (2) Some images and videos created in the past
- (3) Services provided by external parties and associated content
- (4) PDF files
As it is difficult for existing PDF files to satisfy certain aspects of Success Criterion 7.1.1.1, "Non-text Content," we plan to prepare accessible PDFs as much as possible or provide overview information on HTML pages going forward.

Of the Level AAA success criteria, the following are also included in our goal, and we will work to address them to the extent possible.

5. Web Accessibility Test Results
We conduct testing based on JIS X 8341-3:2016 and publish the results.

Management of Personal Information
The TMG strictly manages the personal information it collects and takes appropriate measures to prevent leakage, unauthorized use, alteration, and other risks. Similar appropriate measures are also taken by contractors.
Security Control Measures
The TMG takes the following measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information that it has acquired or intends to acquire, and to otherwise ensure the appropriate management of personal data.
(Establishment of a Basic Policy)
- A privacy policy for personal information has been established to ensure the appropriate handling of personal information and to provide information on the contact point for questions and complaints.
(Establishment of Rules for the Handling of Personal Data)
- Establishment of procedures for handling personal information at each stage, including acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion, and disposal, with specification of handling methods, responsible persons and personnel in charge, their duties, and other relevant matters
(Organizational Security Control Measures)
- Appointment of personnel responsible for the handling of personal data
- Clear specification of the employees who handle personal data and the scope of the personal data handled by each employee
- Establishment of a reporting and communication system under which the personal information protection manager is notified if any actual or suspected violation of laws or internal rules is identified
- Implementation of regular self-inspections regarding the handling of personal information, as well as audits by other departments or external parties
(Personnel Security Control Measures)
- Implementation of regular training for employees on matters requiring attention in the handling of personal information
- Inclusion in work rules of provisions concerning confidentiality of personal information
(Physical Security Control Measures)
- Control of employees' physical access to areas where personal information is handled, restrictions on devices and other items brought into such areas, and measures to prevent unauthorized persons from viewing personal information
- Implementation of measures to prevent the theft or loss of devices, electronic media, documents, and other items used to handle personal information
- Implementation of measures to ensure that personal information cannot be readily identified when carrying devices, electronic media, or other items used to handle personal information, including within the workplace
(Technical Security Control Measures)
- Implementation of access controls to limit both the personnel authorized to handle personal information and the scope of that personal information
- Introduction of mechanisms to protect information systems that handle personal information from unauthorized external access and malicious software
(Understanding of the External Environment)
- Implementation of security control measures that take into account the personal information protection systems in China, where personal information is stored
Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Other Requests Concerning Personal Information
If an individual or their authorized representative requests disclosure of retained personal data or records of provision to third parties; correction, addition, or deletion; suspension of use or erasure; or suspension of provision to third parties, the TMG will respond in accordance with laws and regulations. Please inquire with the contact point below for information on the documents to be submitted and procedures for making such requests on disclosure and other matters, the methods used to verify the identity of the individual concerned (or their representative), and any applicable fees.

2. Prohibited Acts

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise provided, the use of this site and the interpretation and application of these provisions shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over all disputes relating to the use of this site.
